No More Nukes

What do you make of the administration’s unilateral surrender of American nuclear superiority in the world?
We can argue the morality of the use of nuclear weapons, but to publicly announce our unilateral surrender of the tactical advantage having this arsenal created is a dangerous threat to national security.
The very threat to use these weapons was a significant deterrence, but no more…by Presidential decree, we now live in a kinder, gentler world. Have you hugged a terrorist yet today?
One issue not addressed in the debate is this policy requires we put more of our best young people at risk when our only option is the use of conventional force. To be willing to sacrifice American service members’ lives to minimize the loss of the lives of our mortal enemies is an unspeakably immoral choice.
The loss of a single American life on the alter of preserving the lives of Islamic Jihadists is an irreconcilable evil.
