What is the quickest way to cut health care costs for everyone almost immediately?
The administration, as is its pattern, has declared reducing health care costs and providing universal health care to all is critical to our economic recovery…but then the liberals claim every expansion of government they want is critical to our recovery.
The best way to return affordable health care to our citizens is to get the lawyers out of the health care business. Although it has been estimated in some circles that lawyers and the threat of malpractice charges adds up to 30% to the current cost of health care…it is a sure bet that President Obama will not take on his brother lawyers.
Viable tort reform which would continue to protect people from real medical malpractice while reducing good doctors’ vulnerability to legal malpractice would drive most of the ambulance chasers out of the doctors’ offices.
