My Dad’s Bigger Than Your Dad

Have you ever heard these famous words, “My Dad can whip your Dad”?
It is wonderful to believe that your father can handle anything. It is even more wonderful to know who’s ultimately in charge…and to know with absolute certainty that He can handle anything that comes up.
Jesus at His trial by the Roman government, responded to Pilate’s threats by saying, “You would have no authority over Me at all unless it had been given you from above.”
Essentially, He looked the world system in the eye and said, “My Dad can whip your dad!” He knew with absolute certainty that His Father was in control…even when the circumstances surrounding Him seemed desperate.
In these uncertain times, when DC seems to have gone insane and we wonder what new socialist idea they will propose next, remember…as children of the King we can confidently tell the enemy…in any situation, “My Dad can whip your dad!”
