I Was Wrong!

Don’t you just hate it when you have to publicly admit you were wrong?

Recently, I reported to you that two junior reports for the NYT discovered some very troubling connections between the Obama campaign and the completely disreputable political action group, ACORN.

ACORN has been charged in many states across the nation with voter fraud in connection with last fall’s election. In many cases they have already pled guilty and paid fines.

The editors at the Times spiked the story…but, to my surprise, Rep Conyers a liberal, head of the Judiciary Committee, announced he would investigate what he considered serious charges…and I praised him for his stance.

I was wrong, Conyers has capitulated…there will be no investigation. Why the change in heart, Conyers said, “The powers that be decided against it.” It doesn’t take much imagination to figure out who is orchestrating the cover up.

But, remember, it was 2 young reporters that toppled Nixon…so there is still hope.
