Whack-a-Mole

Have you ever played Whack-a-mole at a game arcade?
The table has several holes and in very rapid succession, a mole’s head appears from various holes. Using a soft mallet, the object of the game is to whack as many moles on the head as possible before they disappear.
The brilliance of this administration’s strategy is the way it resembles whack-a-mole. They bring up so many things so often that, as intent as we are to “whack” each one on the head, there are so many that some get through.
Cap and tax…healthcare…immigration…radical czars…trillion dollar deficits…corporate takeovers…liberal nominees…stimulus packages…the list is seemingly endless.
Each tactical battle is important…but tactical victories will not win the war. It is important that we develop and pursue a strategic course of action that will limit the power of government to restrict our liberties and steal our incomes. We need a rebirth of constitutional government.
